Weekly Schedule - Starting 11th Sept 2026

Friday - Moku studio Westward Ho!

11:00 Beginners Yoga

Designed entirely for complete beginners and those looking to maintain their joint health over the long term, this is not a sweaty workout.  it is a slow, methodical and deeply respectful approach to moving your body.

Focus: Rebuilding balance, preserving everyday mobility and deep structural stretching.

Vibe: A quiet, low-stakes sanctuary where you can ask questions, use props as you need, and move exactly as your own body allows.

Friday - Abbotsham village hall

14:15 School run yoga, suitable for all levels.

Aimed to help parents go into their weekend calmer. We all know self care for parents can be challenging, I hope that hosting this session prior to the school run will encourage you all to take an hour for yourself.

This session is a reduced price in the hope that I can help parents of St Helens school and Abbotsham pre school find a space to be themselves and find a little peace in the busy world we live in.

Drops in welcome - no need to book, if you would prefer to book and pay online please use link below.

Please bring your own mat

The more interest there is in my little business the more I will expand.  Please support me in fostering self care both individually and within your area of work.

Special Events and Workshops

Wellbeing for Healthcare workers

Dates coming up - 11th October and 22nd November

Hosted by Sarah Laverty at Moku Westward Ho!

14:30-16:30

Take two hours just for you.

Healthcare is rewarding, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. This nurturing wellbeing workshop has been created especially for healthcare professionals who spend so much of their time caring for others.

Join me for two hours of gentle self-care, where you’ll be guided through practices designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore both body and mind.

During the workshop you will experience:

* Gentle breathwork to reduce stress and encourage relaxation.
* Accessible yoga to ease stiffness, improve mobility and reconnect with your body.
* Deeply restorative yoga using supportive props, allowing complete rest and recovery.
* A guided relaxation to leave you feeling calm, grounded and refreshed.

No previous yoga experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome. Every element of the session is designed to be gentle, supportive and restorative.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of some time to recharge, this workshop offers a safe space to pause, breathe and prioritise your own wellbeing.

Because you spend your days caring for others—it’s important to take time to care for yourself too.

I look forward to welcoming you for an afternoon of rest, relaxation and renewal.
