Restore  Reconnect  Thrive

Evidence-based wellbeing with a deeply human approach

Helping individuals and organisations thrive through movement, mindfulness and evidence-based wellbeing.

As a Clinical Educator and registered nurse, I combine nearly two decades of healthcare experience.  I am passionate about supporting people’s health and wellbeing.  Today I bring together my nursing experience with yoga and restorative yoga, workplace wellbeing and education to provide a holistic approach to health.

My aim is to support healthier, happier workplaces and individuals.

Hi, I’m Sarah

I’m so glad you’re here.

My passion is helping people reconnect with themselves, find moments of calm, and build healthier, more balanced lives. I believe that wellbeing isn’t a luxury—it’s something we all deserve, whatever our circumstances.

It is rare to find someone who brings together the experience of being a registered nurse, qualified educator, restorative and resilience-based clinical supervisor, and yoga teacher. This unique combination allows me to support people in a truly holistic way, caring for both the mind and the body with compassion, understanding and evidence-informed practice.

My professional knowledge is complemented by my own lived experience. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 41 and experienced surgical menopause at 39.

These experiences have given me a deep appreciation of the challenges that life can bring and the importance of making space for self-care, rest and recovery. They have also reinforced my belief that wellbeing looks different for everyone, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether you're a healthcare Professional, business team, parent or someone simply seeking time to breathe, I offer yoga, breath work, wellbeing workshops, facilitated group discussion, team building away days and clinical supervision designed to help reduce stress, build resilience and reconnect with yourself.

Testimonials

“I’ll admit, I thought yoga was mostly just lying on a mat having a little nap with some gentle stretching thrown in. It turns out I couldn’t have been more wrong!

I came to my first yoga session as a complete sceptic and was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The instructor created such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that I felt comfortable from the start, regardless of my ability.

The session was well-paced, the instructions were clear, and I never felt pressured to keep up. It was much more engaging than I expected, while still being incredibly relaxing. I left feeling calmer, more stretched out, and far more refreshed than I imagined.

If you’re someone who thinks yoga “isn’t for you”, I’d encourage you to give it a try. I was convinced it wasn’t my thing, and I’ve happily been proved wrong. Thank you Sarah for such a brilliant first experience!”

"In a world filled with chaos and demand, Sarah creates a safe space for me to re-centre and refocus.

As a complete beginner with no flexibility at all, her coaching style is above all else, kind.

It helps me to feel relaxed and enables me to experience calm and mindfulness through yoga.”

Ben

"I have been going to Sarah’s yoga sessions for a few months now and have really enjoyed them.

If I’m being honest, I was a bit sceptical about yoga but Sarah’s sessions have been so restorative, gentle and have helped my aches and pains to the point where I want to keep doing more!!

Sarah’s approach is so calm and steady, she has helped me to gently get more flexibility and feel restored after every session.”
